Our “retina” modular office divider for office interiors was chosen by VIVID Space design studio for the interiors of a company in Singapore.
A design speaking about the city through a stone garden where the organic shape of our self-supporting partition creates a relaxed atmosphere, helping boost employees’ well-being and working life quality.
From the designers’ statement
“The project combines the diversity of Singapore. This is a real gateway to Asia, where the East meets the West and the future meets the past. A city of concrete skyscrapers buried in the green of the jungle. The goal of the project is a harmonious combination of technology and nature in every detail.
The zoning of the office space has key importance for minimizing the intersection of visitor and staff flows. We have implemented a European-style office layout – the working areas are separated by light and translucent partitions, which allows us to create personal space, but at the same time, employees are open to reviewing visitors, declaring their location and readiness for new cooperation. The hall is the first impression of the company. The strictness of lines and monochrome of the colour scale bears a feeling of reliability and stability. The use of natural elements in the interior in the form of a chandelier imitating the branches of wood, and the seat in the form of roots brings authenticity. Such products can be viewed for hours, guessing in curves and interlacing amazing fairytale images.
The heart of the office is a meeting room, where important issues of the company are being solved. The design of a meeting room is called to be one of the additional factors to persuade the interlocutor on the side and to come to a compromise. Fresco with a tropical theme helps to achieve psychological comfort. There is nothing superfluous and distracting in the furnishing of the room – everything is aimed at the attention of visitors on the dialogue.
The interior of the office combines multifaceted concepts, as if a unique lion Merlion, frozen in a stone face. Panoramic circular glazing is the connecting thread between the land and sea – the two beginnings of Singapore. The organic lines of the marble divider for office interiors form a relaxed atmosphere and a positive attitude of the employees. The status and rich functionality of every corner of the space supports the successful image of the company.”
