Plato Palace is a private residence conceived by CS Design, featuring breathtaking views and a design that shows how the sky is truly the limit regarding luxury, comfort, and aesthetic research.
Located in the vibrant metropolitan city of Taichung, Plato Palace truly reflects the idea that the sky is the limit regarding opulent living. This enchanting home creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, highlighted by large windows that offer spectacular views of the city skyline
A wide and elegant hall welcomes residents who can distinguish the Retina marble room divider by Lithos Design as the main entrance of the living area. Framed by two marble columns, it resembles theatre wings enhancing the dramatic effect as one transitions into the living space.
As residents move from the hall to the living area, they embark on an emotional journey; the living area gradually unfolds, becoming the house’s focal point. While the metropolitan panorama is indeed captivating, it does not overshadow the interior design. CS Design shows its expertise by crafting interiors that harmoniously blend with the surrounding context, skillfully balancing forms, and incorporating delicate color contrasts.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows are interspersed with Hamal, the backlit marble wall by Lithos Design, which fulfills a dual aesthetic function here.
During the day, the wallcovering in Carrara marble pairs well with the cold shades of the glass and metal; in the evening, when illuminated, the backlit wall infuses the space with warm and soft tones tailoring a cozy atmosphere that seems to extend the beauty of the starry night outside.
