Designed by Gantous Arquitectos studio, this private residence is located within the Yucatán Country Club near Merída, framed by lush tropical nature and with direct access to one of the most renowned golf courses in Mexico. Our Traccia marble divider adds a touch of luxury and exclusivity to spaces.

A number of factors determined the design, including the large expanse of land, the tropical weather of the Yucatán, and the panoramic position overlooking the impressive landscapes of the golf course. To make the most of these features, a linear arrangement has been adopted for all the main spaces of the house, which develops on one level. To delineate the living area, our Traccia self-supporting divider in grigio cenere performs a dual function: on one hand, it offers separation and privacy, while on the other it transforms into an authentic work of art.

Exposed white concrete is the primary structural and finishing material, combined with Italian marble. This choice gives the house a contemporary and elegant character, creating a fascinating contrast between the solidity of the concrete and the refined beauty of the marble.
