At Level 28 of Aurora Place, the famous Renzo Piano's office tower and residential block, the "fondo" model and the "fondo curve luce" wall lamps were chosen for the main reception desk as feature of the reception area

Statement der Architekten
"Our inspiration for choosing the stunning Fondo model from Lithos Design came from the magnificent location of this Andrew Loader Design Commercial project on Level 28 of the famed Renzo Piano Aurora Place building, overlooking Sydney Harbour.
The curved forms remind us of gentle waves upon the harbour whilst the material composition brings a sense of the elements of the harbour floor and surrounding rock formations into the space.
We designed the main reception desk with the Fondo model as the main feature and incorporated up and down lighting to set it off as a fundamental artistic feature of the reception area, creating a true sense of arrival."
